“I had just had my second baby and was dealing with a slew of health issues related to my thyroid, cholesterol, and glucose levels. I was 100 lbs overweight and struggling with finding a workout that was flexible enough I could stay consistent with it, but also challenging enough that I would be able to see true progress. I researched what felt like hundreds of different programs, from Beach Bodi, to Orange Theory, to boxing, to online only coaching with various influencers, and everything in between. Nothing felt right until I met Heather. She designed a program for me that I could stick to and that I enjoyed. Her programs are so motivating because you can quickly ramp up and when I was going through feeling stuck or defeated, Heather got me through it. I see her once a week and then do workouts from home 2-3 days a week, using her app for these and nutrition support and progress accountability. I am now down 70 lbs in 9 months, and for the first time in my life, have found something I love, enjoy and can stick with even while juggling 2 babies, a job, a house, a husband and everything along with it! I have loved my time with Heather so much that I gifted my parents partner training sessions and my sister an HClub membership for Christmas!
