My story
From high school until my mid-20s, I spent years trying to be as small as possible. I was your typical "Cardio Queen," constantly chasing the "calorie burn" and living on all the "fat-free" and "low-calorie" foods, believing it was "healthy". At 25, after my first obstacle mud run, my true fitness journey began. Although I could run the entire race, I lacked the strength to complete ANY of the obstacles and needed help from strangers. It was a fun but humbling experience. I made it my goal to start lifting weights and do better the following year. I started lifting and haven't looked back! Over a decade later, I'm still in love with it. The past few years, I've focused on fixing my relationship with food and educating myself. I quickly realized that the "healthy" things I was doing were not healthy at all. Being "healthy" goes far beyond your weight or appearance. Obsessing over weight and restriction wasn’t health—it was holding me back. True health is about being strong, having muscle, feeling good, and having balance. It's still a work in progress and has taken a lot of learning (and unlearning), but I'm in the best shape of my life, both mentally and physically! Today, I eat double what I used to, train for strength and vitality, and live a balanced life—no more guilt, no more extremes. This journey is my “why.” I started HFiT to help women break free from their own barriers, ditch diet culture, build real strength, and create a lifestyle that lasts—one that makes you feel strong, confident, and truly healthy.

As a coach, I want to help guide women through the mental hurdles of fitness and not only educate but empower them to start training and fueling their bodies to be strong and healthy rather than chasing a number on the scale.
Within my training, I take a sustainable approach and meet you where you're at. I do not believe "one size fits all" and each 1:1 client gets customized care and programming. I truly believe in the power of 1% better each day and will work with you to achieve your goals in a realistic, sustainable, lifestyle- way!
