Hi, I'm Heather! Personal trainer, nutrition coach, and the heart behind HFiT.

I believe living a healthy lifestyle can be made simple. Media and diet culture have over complicated everything, making it difficult to know what to do or what not to do. It truly comes down to being educated and the proper mind set. You don’t have to cut out carbs or fats to get results nor do endless amounts of cardio. In fact, it’s the opposite! My goal is to educate you, help you identify your goals, design a program that fits your needs and guide you through every step of the way. There is no “one size fits all” in health and fitness but that doesn’t mean it has to be complicated. I’m determined to help women find what works best for them and become better, stronger versions of themselves.
